Choosing the right block editor (Gutenberg) settings

1 min read

Depending on your theme, you may want to tweak the block editor (Gutenberg) settings to make sure it offers the best writing experience. You can do this by clicking the 3 dots in the top-right of the screen. Firstly, you can choose whether the block editor is full screen by toggling the ‘Fullscreen mode’ option. Secondly, go to Preferences at the bottom of the list and in the ‘Appearance’ section, toggle the options to suit your needs. If you’re looking for an uncluttered writing experience, then selecting ‘Reduce the interface’ and unselecting all the other options is a good choice.
